Tracking a referral
Due to existing pressures on the NHS, we are not able to give you a waiting time for any referral. Once the referral has been sent from the GP, your care is handed over to the specialist team receiving that referral. They will be in touch with an appointment when one becomes available. You can also get more information on you referral on the NHS app.
If your condition changes whilst waiting for your referral, you should request an appointment with a clinician to discuss.
