Enhanced access

Oak Street Medical Practice recognises that not all patients are able to attend the practice during the normal opening hours, so in order to provide greater choice and to meet the needs of all patient groups, Enhanced Access appointments are now available.

The extra appointments are available from 6:30pm to 8pm and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays. These appointments may be face to face, phone or online consultations and the appointments offered to you may be at another location within the practice’s PCN.

Your appointment

However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation:

  • by phone
  • face to face at the surgery
  • on a video call
  • by text or email

Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means you get help sooner.
