The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide. Our fees for these services, which are in line with the BMA approved national guidelines, are displayed in the surgery. Payment by cash or card must be made on the day.
- Simple certificate of fact – £20.00
- Letters or forms (ie insurance, general GP letters) – £30.00
- Sickness/accident claim forms
- Passport forms/photo verification
- Fitness to travel certificates
- Medication letters to travel
- Private sick note
- Freedom from infection certificate
- Holiday cancellation certificate
- Extension letters for studies
- Short factual letters confirming registration/date of birth – £15.00
- Written reports
- Short – £50.00 (fees may depend on whether there are accompanying forms)
- Medium – £100.00 (fees may depend on whether there are accompanying forms)
- Long – £150.00 (fees may depend on whether there are accompanying forms)
- Private prescription charges – £15.00
- Private medical consultation – 30 minutes for £90.00
- HGV or PSV medical – £100.00
- Taxi driver medicals – £80.00
